Of TV dinners and Race Finales..

Mullangi/radish bread
Lunch. White pumpkin kuzhambu/gravy. Paneer chilli fry. Coconut creamy kohlrabi. Lemony lentil soup.

In anticipation of the double episode finale of The Amazing Race, earlier this week,
Made mullangi/radish rotti for dinner. To be served with lunch’s kuzhambu and raita/tempered yoghurt.
Had a class until 9.30 so husband decided to serve up some delicious spicy vege potato cutlets.
Watched The Amazing Race on demand TV while chomping on our rotties and cutlets.
And stoked that the team I was rooting for, had won!

On a side note, Lunch, was white pumpkin kuzhambu/gravy, creamy nokkol/kohlrabi, paneer chilli fry. And lentil rasam/soup. Had these with quinoa.
