Ground chilli paste. Light soy sauce.
Freshly cooked rice.
Toss them in a wok.
Fried rice.
As it looked quite – forgive my use of conflicting adjectives – frighteningly red and deliciously beckoning,
Made a spiced buttermilk rice to cool the system.
Fried sago and rice crackers.
