Cooked a quick lunch, to satisfy all palates.
- French beans thoren with fresh grated coconut, tempered with mustard seeds, cummin seeds, curry leaves, dried chillies, hing, urad and channa dhalls.
- Vegan prawns fried with onions, curry leaves, curry powder, garlic, tossed with roasted oats.
- Bitter gourd/pavakai hot curry, cooked with coconut water, coconut milk, chilli powder, onions, garlic, curry leaves.
- Drumstick/murungakai kuzhambu/gravy – forgot to click.
Simple, satisfying, snooze-no-siesta-worthy.
