



Husband sourced some green plantains/raw banana/Vazhakai and rich green kale the day before.
Had 45 minutes to cook up something before class.
Cooked up a traffic light meal, a weird combo of
- Yellow Fried Vazhakai with onions, urid dhall, mustard seeds, cummin, green and dried chillies, turmeric and coarsely ground black pepper.
- Dark Green fresh beautiful kale chopped roughly and sauteed with a paste of red chilli and garlic.
- Red Vegan Nasi Lemak sambal with vegan fried anchovies/dried mushrooms.
With white rice. - Sliced some fresh cucumber to cool our tummies.
