
Friday Lunch.
Rose pretty early to sort this out before work.
Vegan Nasi Lemak.
Coconut milk rice with screwpine leaves and ginger.
Chilli sambal.
Vegan fried anchovies/dried mushrooms.
Fried peanuts.
Couldn’t find greens in the fridge so made a stir fry cauliflower and added turmeric to give it some colour.
Decided not to use vegan chicken, used paneer and fried up the cubes with onions, garlic, ginger, chilli powder.
Got home and had my lunch for tea. Washed it down with a beautiful hot of sugarless milk watawala kahata tea.
