
A weekday Dinner.
Tried jowar/sorghum/cholam flour rotti.
To be honest, it was an epic failure but no one noticed. Or they did and were too polite to say otberwise.
Served it with a dry potato, tomato, carrot, leek chilli curry
And a version of baingan bhartha/grilled in oven with olive oil brinjal tamarind curry.
