Of Quick no fuss berries and cream..

Dinner at friend’s new home.
Remembered that I had to make a dessert for dinner the next night at our new neighbour’s home.
Am not known for my desserts.
On the way home, we rushed into Countdown past 10.30 to get some cream, frozen berries.
Got home, layered berries on bottom of tray, whisked cream, condensed milk, poured over. Placed in fridge to set. Chopped up pistachios and cashews.
Took nuts and dessert next door. Checked if anyone had nut allergies, then sprinkled nuts over the top of the set dessert.
Turned out alright.
