Saw a post of dear friend @ammiskitchennz , a beautiful stuffed pol roti.
Checked with Uncle Google and Aunty YouTube. Came across Ape Amma’s channel, in Sinhala but with English subtitles. She has very useful tips and tricks.
Tried wholemeal pol roti and got the tick on it by family.
And a vegan lunumiris. Adulterated as usual by yours truly, as I Sauteed red onions, garlic, dried chillies, then ground these with salt, added lime, sugar instead of using raw ingredients. This was to reduce pungent onion taste.
