Mexican Dinner on a Saturday.

Warm large tortillas.
Portobello mushrooms, onions, capsicums fried in taco spices,
Chopped lettuce,
Grated cheese,
Tomato and jalapeno salsa,
Crushed crunchy taco shells,
Placed in the centre.

Wrapped by folding in one side, then wrapping edges up one section at a time, until all sides fold inwards.
Grilled in a sandwich press.
Served cut into halves,
with a side of hot bandito wedges (store bought)
and
Chipotle sauce.
