
A Day of Rice.
One at a time.
Yoghurt rice/Thayir Satham.
Blended ginger, coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chillies, hing, yoghurt.
Cooled hot rice by adding cold milk. Mashed rice with fingers.
Added blended yoghurt mixture.
Tempered with mustard seeds, cummin seeds, white and broken chick pea lentils, curry leaves, dried red chillies, fresh green chillies, hing/asaefotida.
Cool, in more ways than one.
Vegetarian, onion garlic free.
